Dear Friends, Travelers, and Customers,
Hi, I wanted to send out this notice to let everyone know the great news. My name is Rico Torres, Travel Specialist, President and Founder of Vacations of Paradise. I created Vacations of Paradise several years ago after leaving a large mass market travel agency. I started this company with one goal in mind. To deliver the best customer service to everyone. I am very proud of our travel specialists and the service they have been and will continue to provide. Since the creation of Vacations of Paradise, we have sent hundreds of customers on wonderful vacations. Many of you have graced us with tales of your travels. A recent couple from Houston, expressed how they fell in love all over again.
After months of evaluating and reading customer comments, I have decided to make some changes to Vacations of Paradise. Vacations of Paradise will no longer advertise and market to the masses. What does this mean? It means if you look in your phone books or on the internet, and search for a travel agency you will not find us. Instead, we will only rely on word of mouth referrals.
How does this effect you?
Every Customer is special and will be treated as so. (This has always been our policy)
Most importantly, with all the money we are going to save on advertising, we can now pass those savings on to you.
Many of you
already know that our prices are some of the lowest in the country.
Well now we can make them even lower.
Changes to the website:
Group Sailings Come with additional amenities.
The Hotels and Resorts section of the website is now fully functional for online booking, yet you can still call with any questions.
Business Hours Adjustment:
As we transition into a specialty travel agency, the hours of operation will fluctuate.
As of right now, there is no set hours of operation.
If you call and get a voice mail, then please leave a message and your call will be returned.
I am happy about the steps we are taking to make this agency more specialized for the individual and not the masses. I want to thank all of you for making this agency a success these past five years, and I look forward to our continued relationship for years to come.

Remember, just because you don’t see the cruise you want on our website, doesn’t mean we can’t offer it to you with our record low prices. Perhaps there is a trip that you are interested in, but you can’t find it on our website. Well before you book somewhere else, give us a call or e-mail us. Let us do the hard work, for this is your vacation, and it should be easy and affordable. After all, who wants to pass up a chance to save even more money?
